In the event of this, inspection will be conducted once we receive the frame/ part that is sent to us. We will determine the defective part, if it does not meet our requirements in obtaining a warranty such as, damages from accidents, signs of abuse, etc… We will be sending back the product to you. Do keep in mind you will be responsible for the cost of delivery.

What does this warranty not cover?
This warranty does not cover any damages made by
- - External causes such as accidents, crash, neglect, abuse or other actions beyond reasonable control
- - Improper repair
- - Improper maintenance
- - Improper assembly
- - Modifications to the product
- - Frame paint causes from applications of adhesive or decals not supplies/ original by us, or use of chemical not intended for cleaning painted surfaces
