We are using GDEX services for West Malaysia and a Logistic Shipping option for East Malaysia. Shipping fee is based on the shipping location and size of your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment, we will work on this so everyone can enjoy our bikes! Stay tuned!
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
We try our best to ship your orders ASAP, we will send you an Email along with your tracking number to notify you that your parcel has been dispatched from us!
I received the wrong item/ missing an item?
Humans make mistakes and we’re truly sorry that this happened. Please get in touch with us on your wrong item/ missing item and we will send you the replacement product right away! [email protected]
