Return & Refund Policy

Return and refund request must be done within 10 working days upon receiving the goods. You may return you order or item for any following reason:

  • - You received the wrong item in your package or the item has a manufacturing defect.
  • We may need you to Email us with the following information before we could proceed with your return/ refund.
    1. Attached your proof of purchase with Order Number / Invoice
    2. Photo(s) and description attached of the defect parts
    3. Tracking number of the returning package
  • - The goods must be in their original condition and returned in the original shipping box along with the original invoice and packing slip.
  • - The product must not have been used or had any data inputted.
  • - We only accept return of online order(s) by post. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the product(s) returned by post. The item will be at your full responsibilities before it reaches us.
  • - The product(s) will be inspected by our team once received. If your returned item is deemed unfit/ unreasonable/ not on par with the original condition, we reserved the rights to reject your return.
  • - If your return is invalid, we will notify and arrange the item to be returned back to you. For the item to be returned, a delivery fee will be charged.
  • - Replacement of any product will be shipped after the inspection with the following tracking number updated via E-mail.
  • - In the case of when any replacement product is out of stock, we will proceed on a refund for the returned product(s).
  • - Refund will proceed after the inspection with your original payment method and a following update status via E-mail.
